We want to see your Chiasson Smoke gear in action this Fourth of July.
Fire up your Hauler Grill, Rocket Stove, or Hauler Pit and capture your best photo from the holiday weekend. Whether it's a backyard cookout, camping trip, fireworks show, family gathering, or a meal shared with friends, we want to see how you're celebrating.
We love seeing smoke rolling, food cooking, flags flying, fireworks lighting up the sky, and families making memories around great food.
Submit your best Fourth of July photo by July 5th for your chance to win $1,000 cash.
One winner will be selected based on creativity, photo quality, and overall Fourth of July spirit.
By submitting your photo, you grant Chiasson Smoke permission to use, reproduce, publish, and share your photo for marketing, advertising, social media, website content, and other promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, family members, and individuals directly involved in the administration of this contest are not eligible to win.
Contest Period
Entries will be accepted beginning on 6/8/2026 and ending at 11:59 PM Central Time on 7/5/26. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, submit one original photograph through the official contest entry form on the Chiasson Smoke website. You may enter more than one photo.
Photo Requirements
Submitted photos must:
• Be original and owned by the entrant. No AI edited entries will be considered
• Include at least one Chiasson Smoke product
• Not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• Not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
• Be related to Fourth of July celebrations, outdoor cooking, family gatherings, fireworks, patriotic displays, or similar themes.
Chiasson Smoke reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by Chiasson Smoke based on creativity, quality, originality, and overall representation of the Fourth of July spirit.
The winner will be notified by email, phone, or other contact information provided during entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, Chiasson Smoke reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize
One winner will receive a prize of $1,000 USD.
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the prize.
License and Permission
By submitting an entry, the entrant grants Chiasson Smoke a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, non exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, display, and promote the submitted photograph in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, promotional materials, print publications, and marketing campaigns.
No additional compensation will be provided for such use.
Representation and Warranty
By entering, the entrant represents and warrants that:
• The submitted photograph is their original work.
• They own all rights necessary to grant the permissions described in these rules.
• Any identifiable individuals appearing in the photograph have granted permission for their likeness to be used as described herein.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Chiasson Smoke, its owners, employees, affiliates, representatives, and agents from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Right to Cancel or Modify
Chiasson Smoke reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
Privacy
Information collected through the contest will be used solely for contest administration and marketing purposes in accordance with Chiasson Smoke's privacy practices.
Governing Law
This contest shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to conflict of law principles.
