Limited Lifetime Warranty on Structural Components

Chiasson Smoke LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product with respect to structural welds and primary steel components. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Chiasson Smoke LLC or an authorized dealer.

One-Year Limited Warranty on Removable and Consumable Parts

Removable components and consumable parts (including but not limited to grill grates, ash pans, and other detachable accessories) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including heat discoloration, scratches, and surface rust or patina

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications

• Damage resulting from commercial use unless specifically approved by Chiasson Smoke LLC

• Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product

Claim Procedure:

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect. Chiasson Smoke LLC reserves the right to require the return of the defective product or component for inspection.

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Chiasson Smoke LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return and replacement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitations:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Chiasson Smoke LLC and supersedes any prior, contrary, or additional representations.

To the extent permitted by law, Chiasson Smoke LLC disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
