Meet Our Team

Abbey first joined our company in 2020, being our first employee ever. Abbey is our lead welder, she does majority of the custom welding jobs and plays a key role in building our smokers and 6-inch rocket stoves. Abbey also gives advice to the younger welders in the shop, helping them develop the necessary skills for high-quality workmanship. Abbey’s role and abilities are central to the production of Chiasson Smoke’s products, making her a crucial part of the company's operations.

Lisa plays an essential, versatile role at Chiasson Smoke LLC, taking on a variety of tasks that are crucial to daily operations. She operates the CNC plasma table to ensure precision cuts for rocket stoves and smokers. Additionally, Lisa grinds metal parts to prepare them for assembly, assists with shipping by packing and preparing products, preps and cleans our firepits and pellet smokers and takes on other various small tasks around the shop. Lisa’s contributions are vital to Chiasson Smoke’s operations. Her adaptability and willingness to help in any area makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Ahlix is one of our welders here at Chiasson Smoke LLC, he consistently demonstrates flexibility and reliability in his work. Whether tasked with welding a 4-inch rocket stove, a 6-inch rocket stove, or a 12-inch or 16-inch griddle top, he tackles each project with a "no problem" attitude and gets straight to work. His ability to adapt to different products and projects makes him a valuable asset to the team, ensuring that the production of various items runs smoothly and efficiently.

Marc, as a parts cleaner at Chiasson Smoke, plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of production. He cleans parts that come off the plasma table, bends and cuts parts for rocket stove production, and makes sure welded products are cleaned before they are sent to shipping. In addition to these duties, Marc is always willing to help with various tasks throughout the day, showing great flexibility and a positive attitude toward getting things done wherever he is needed. His willingness to assist with any task makes him a valuable team member.

As the shipping manager at Chiasson Smoke LLC, Sam is responsible for all aspects of the shipping process. She carefully prepares and packages each order by herself, ensuring that every box is in presentable condition for the customer upon arrival. Sam pays close attention to detail, meticulously inspecting each product to guarantee it is in perfect condition before it leaves her shipping area. Her dedication ensures that customers receive their products in top shape and with professional presentation.

Brian is another key welder that we have here at Chiasson Smoke, primarily responsible for welding the majority of rocket stove attachments, such as grill and griddle tops. When given a list of tasks, Brian gets straight to work, putting his welding hood down and focusing on the job at hand. He also lends a hand with cleaning parts when necessary, demonstrating his flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Tom is a skilled welder, tradesman, an innovator, a builder, and a problem-solver. He’s our creative "off-the-grid renaissance man", responsible for executing high-quality custom fabrication jobs, leading welding projects, and contributing to research and development initiatives. His role demands technical mastery and creative thinking. Tom is someone who thrives in the workshop, adapts quickly in the field, and can engineer solutions when the blueprint ends. From prototyping new designs to delivering rugged, lasting builds, Tom is vital to pushing our craftsmanship and capabilities to the next level.

Sam leads our customer service department. She plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and organized office operations. She’s responsible for answering phones, providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and offering day-to-day administrative support. She is highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Jenna is one of the rising stars at Chiasson Smoke LLC, embodying the next generation of skilled craftsmanship and innovation. As a talented and motivated welder, she brings precision, creativity, and a fresh energy to every project she touches. Jenna consistently demonstrates technical expertise far beyond her years. She’s driven, adaptable, and passionate about her craft, and thrives in the dynamic environment of welding and fabrication… And does it all with a smile on her face.

Luke is the driving force behind the smoker department — leading with expertise, innovation, and a hands-on commitment to excellence. He oversees the full lifecycle of our smoker projects, specializing in the construction and refinement of our pellet smokers, and off-road reverse flow and offset smokers. His leadership ensures that every project leaving our shop floor carries the Chiasson signature: tough, inventive, and built to thrive in the real world.

Jayden helps ensure that every product we build leaves our shop clean, polished, and ready for its next adventure. As a dedicated part-time team member, Jayden brings attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic to every task — helping us deliver a finished product that truly reflects our quality standards. His work guarantees that our customers receive products that not only perform exceptionally but also look their absolute best from day one.

Every shop needs a little chaos to keep things interesting — and at Chiasson Smoke LLC, Skippy proudly holds that title. As our resident goofball, Skippy brings laughter, head-shakes, and the occasional minor disaster to the shop floor on a daily basis. Armed with a tape measure he’s still learning how to use (we think), Skippy can usually be found almost measuring things correctly, tripping over welding leads, and sneakily trying to impress Miranda with his "skills" (jury's still out). Skippy brings heart, hustle, and a whole lot of character to our team.

Chad assists with the visionary behind the brand's voice, look, and feel along side with Jason & Miranda. As Marketing Director of Chasson Media, he oversees the full creative spectrum — from managing social media channels and producing stunning photography and video content, to driving podcast production and shaping the creative direction of the business. Whether capturing the perfect shot in the field, directing the next viral video, or brainstorming fresh campaign ideas, Chad brings passion, innovation, and energy to every project.

Kody is a critical member of the Chiasson Smoke LLC fabrication team, bringing precision craftsmanship, creativity, and deep technical skill to every project he touches. Specializing in the construction of our fire pits, smokers, and rocket stoves, Kody is known for his attention to detail, smooth welds, and the pride he pours into every build. His expertise ensures that every fire pit roars to life, every smoker holds perfect heat, and every rocket stove stands ready for rugged, real-world use.

Haiven plays an essential role behind the scenes to make sure every product we build looks as good as it performs. As a key member of the shipping department, he is responsible for cleaning, polishing, and prepping our custom fire pits, smokers, rocket stoves, and specialty builds before they head out the door. Haiven ensures that every customer receives a product that’s not only rugged and reliable — but polished, spotless, and presentation-ready. His dedication helps us maintain the high standards that set Chiasson Smoke LLC apart.
