At Chiasson Smoke/Media, everything begins, and keeps moving, thanks to the tireless leadership of Jason and Miranda. Balancing business growth, family life, team management, and the daily unpredictability of running a creative, hands-on operation, they are the steady hands and sharp minds behind the scenes.

Like the true "Wizard of Oz" behind the curtain, Jason and Miranda juggle a thousand moving parts you rarely see, from strategic decisions and creative direction, to making sure everyone on the team feels supported, valued, and motivated. They wear every hat imaginable: leader, mentor, problem-solver, parent, coach, visionary… and they wear them all with heart.

Ahlix is one of our welders here at Chiasson Smoke LLC, he consistently demonstrates flexibility and reliability in his work. Whether tasked with welding a 4-inch rocket stove, a 6-inch rocket stove, or a 12-inch or 16-inch griddle top, he tackles each project with a "no problem" attitude and gets straight to work. His ability to adapt to different products and projects makes him a valuable asset to the team, ensuring that the production of various items runs smoothly and efficiently.

On the production floor, Marc keeps our laser cutting operations running at peak performance. Operating both our 2 kilowatt and 6 kilowatt laser tables, he is responsible for loading sheets of steel with precision, using the overhead crane to position each piece safely and efficiently. Once in place, Marc ensures every cut is accurate and precise, reducing wasted material and maximizing the use of every sheet. With demand for our products always growing, he keeps pace by working quickly without compromising on quality. From setup to the final cut, Marc’s expertise ensures that each part we produce meets our high standards and helps us deliver reliable products to our customers on time.

Brian is another key welder that we have here at Chiasson Smoke, primarily responsible for welding the majority of rocket stove attachments, such as grill and griddle tops. When given a list of tasks, Brian gets straight to work, putting his welding hood down and focusing on the job at hand. He also lends a hand with cleaning parts when necessary, demonstrating his flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Samantha leads our customer service department. She plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and organized office operations. She’s responsible for answering phones, providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and offering day-to-day administrative support. She is highly organized, customer-focused, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Jenna is one of the rising stars at Chiasson Smoke LLC, embodying the next generation of skilled craftsmanship and innovation. As a talented and motivated welder, she brings precision, creativity, and a fresh energy to every project she touches. Jenna consistently demonstrates technical expertise far beyond her years. She’s driven, adaptable, and passionate about her craft, and thrives in the dynamic environment of welding and fabrication… And does it all with a smile on her face.

Luke is the driving force behind the smoker department, custom projects, and our day-to-day production, leading with expertise, innovation, and a hands-on commitment to excellence. He oversees the full lifecycle of these projects, specializing in the construction and refinement of our custom work, pellet smokers, and off-road reverse flow and offset smokers. Beyond smokers, Luke also runs the press brake, handling complex bends and fabrications with precision. No matter what gets thrown his way, from one-off custom requests to the toughest production challenges, Luke tackles it head-on, making sure the job gets done right. His leadership ensures that every project leaving our shop floor carries the Chiasson signature: tough, inventive, and built to thrive in the real world.

Chad assists with the visionary behind the brand's voice, look, and feel along side with Jason & Miranda. As Marketing Director of Chiasson Media, he oversees the full creative spectrum… from managing social media channels and producing stunning photography and video content, to driving podcast production and shaping the creative direction of the business. Whether capturing the perfect shot in the field, directing the next viral video, or brainstorming fresh campaign ideas, Chad brings passion, innovation, and energy to every project.

Every shop needs a little chaos to keep things interesting… and at Chiasson Smoke LLC, Skippy proudly holds that title. As our resident goofball, Skippy brings laughter, head-shakes, and the occasional minor disaster to the shop floor on a daily basis. Armed with a tape measure he’s still learning how to use (we think), Skippy can usually be found almost measuring things correctly, tripping over welding leads, and sneakily trying to impress Miranda with his "skills" (jury's still out). Skippy brings heart, hustle, and a whole lot of character to our team.

Skyler plays a vital role in our shipping department, making sure our products get to customers quickly and accurately. From carefully preparing and packaging orders to coordinating with carriers, he ensures every shipment leaves our shop on time and in perfect condition. With strong attention to detail and a commitment to efficiency, Skyler keeps our shipping and receiving areas organized and tracks orders so customers know exactly when to expect their deliveries. Working closely with our sales and customer service teams, he helps provide a seamless experience from the moment an order is placed until it arrives at the customer’s door. Thanks to Skyler’s hard work and dedication, our customers can always count on timely service and reliable delivery.

In our finishing department, the team In our finishing department, Colton works hard to bring every product across the finish line with precision and care. He handles the final steps of assembly, making sure each component fits together seamlessly before it heads out the door. Beyond assembly, Colton plays a crucial role in maintaining inventory levels, keeping everything organized so production can flow smoothly. His work also includes cleaning and performing detailed finish work on each product, ensuring it looks as good as it performs. Most importantly, Colton serves as one of the last checkpoints for quality, carefully inspecting every item to make sure it meets our high standards. Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, only the best products make it into the hands of our customers.

Within our finishing department, Curt plays a key leadership role in ensuring every product that leaves our shop meets the highest standards of quality. As a lead team member, he not only oversees the final steps of assembly but also guides the department in maintaining strong inventory levels and smooth workflows. Curt’s attention to detail sets the tone for the team, from cleaning and finish work to making sure every product looks sharp and is ready for our customers. He also serves as a final checkpoint for quality, ensuring only the best products pass inspection. With his leadership, experience, and commitment to excellence, Curt helps drive the success of the finishing department and keeps our products living up to the reputation our customers expect.

Meet Elijah, the guy who makes sure your orders get out the door on time! From packaging up products with care to keeping our shipping area organized, Eli helps everything run smoothly so your products arrives safe and ready to use. He’s always on top of the details, double-checking our product quality so nothing slips through the cracks. Thanks to Eli, we can keep up with demand and our customers can count on fast, reliable deliveries every time.

In our finishing department, Izack plays an important role in making sure every product leaves the shop looking its best. He takes care of final assembly, making sure everything fits together just right before it’s packaged up. Izack also helps manage inventory so parts and products are always where they need to be to keep production moving smoothly. A big part of his work includes cleaning, detailed finish work, and running the blast cabinet, giving each product that polished, “finished” look our customers expect. On top of that, Izack is one of the last checkpoints for quality, carefully inspecting each piece to make sure it meets our standards. His steady focus and hard work help ensure that only top-quality products make it out the door.

Justin is one of the newest members of our welding and fabrication team, bringing fresh energy and skill to the shop floor. As a welder and fabricator, he’s hands-on in building the products that carry the Chiasson name, from laying precise welds to shaping and assembling components with care. Justin has quickly proven himself as a dependable team player, eager to learn and ready to tackle any project that comes his way. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure that every piece he works on meets our standards of toughness and craftsmanship. We’re excited to have Justin on board and look forward to the impact he’ll make as part of the team.

Meet Karrie, the newest member of our shipping department! She’s just getting started with us, but already showing that she’s a hard worker with great work ethic and a positive attitude. From packing up orders to keeping things organized, Karrie is doing a great job learning the ropes and becoming part of the team. We’re excited to have her on board and can’t wait to see her grow with us!
